From December 29th, 2015 will start unification procedures for National Registration Center and National Licensing Center in Albania.
Based on the Law no. 131/2015, “On National Business Center”, that shall enter into force on December 29th 2015, functions of National Registration Center and National Licensing Center shall be unified within 90 days in one new institution National Business Center.
The purpose of this new law is to reduce administrative burdens and costs payable from business entities by creating one single entity for the registration and receipt of special licenses in Albania.
National Business Center shall operate under the supervision of the minister responsible for trade and financed by the state budget.
